VOLKSIGNIA PRIVACY POLICY

We do not hold any payment information on our website, all payments are made using PAYPAL and as such we do not process any card details & do not hold any card information, we do keep a record of your order in the form of an invoice, we do not give out your details to any third parties or any other organisations. We may contact you from time to time with special offers, if you do not wish to receive emails from us please notify us in writing to info@volksignia.co.uk

VOLKSIGNIA ARTWORK (DESIGN) POLICY

Once you (the customer) has purchased a sign product from our website (excluding any signage which is sold blank, plain or unlettered) we will endevour to get your artwork emailed to your inbox within 24 hours of receiving your design instructions and payment. If for some unforeseen reason we can not meet this, we will notify you (the customer) within that first 24 hour period with a new timescale for artwork delivery.

Our artwork service is FREE on all signs and graphic products purchased from our website, we will only begin a design once we have received your (the customers) details, details must be sent to our email address info@volksignia.co.uk , you can also send your details using our EMAIL ARTWORK FORM, please forward any atrwork or attachments to info@volksignia.co.uk. All details must be clear and we will not except any responsiblity for any errors made due to poor or incorrect details sent by the customer. We will endevour to meet all the customers requirements regarding design, apart from FULL COLOUR IMAGES OR PHOTOS which are subject to additional charges.

We will make any changes you require to your artwork FREE OF CHARGE and will (within reason) make as many artwork changes you require until you are satisfied with the final design. Each artwork change will be emailed to your in-box.

Once artwork has been APPROVED for production we can not make any changes to that approved design, so we require that you check very carefully that your artwork is CORRECT in EVERY detail, please include in your check that all spellings are correct for company names or places, your details are correct including your phone number and web or email addresses, we will not be held responsible for any errors to your design once it has been APPROVED by you (the customer).

Artwork is FREE on all signage purchased on this website, FREE artwork is for STANDARD fonts, text and colours and also includes SIMPLE BLOCK COLOUR logos, if you require COMPLEX designs (texts with shadows or logos with fine complex detail) please contact us before ordering for details on any additional artwork charges that maybe incured.

 VOLKSIGNIA PAYMENT POLICY

Payments are accepted through Paypal using all major credit cards.

You can also pay with our Postal payments service (details on request) email us at info@volksignia.co.uk  for details.

You do not have to have an account with Paypal to pay through their payment system.

All payment transactions are secure. Information is processed online. No payment information is stored on this web site.

We are currently not required to charge VAT, so there are no VAT charges on any of our items.

Every order is confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt.

From date of order and approval of your artwork (if applicable) you should expect to receive conformation that your goods have been dispatched within 5 - 7 working days. If you have any queries whatsoever regarding your order, please email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

All our signage products are sent using Royal Mail, and are fully insured against loss or damage.

All goods must be prepaid and payments cleared before any items are manufactured or dispatched. 

VOLKSIGNIA POSTAL (DISPATCH) POLICY

All goods not requiring a design will usually be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days of your payment clearing. All goods requiring designs etc. will usually be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days of payment clearing and design approval.

All our products are dispatched by ROYAL MAIL. Small items are dispatched by first class recorded post. LARGE items and PARCELS are dispatched using ROYAL MAIL STANDARD PARCELS. All items over a value of £36.00 are covered by ADDITIONAL insurance (payed for by volksignia). All goods dispatched have a ROYAL MAIL PROOF OF POSTING CERTIFICATE, if goods arrive damaged or are lost in transit we will claim a full refund using the postal certificate. Please allow up to 14 days from notification of dispatch for your goods to arrive, if they have not arrived after the 14 day period we will either resend another item or offer a full refund. If your goods arrive damaged please contact us for information on returing your goods for either a replacement item or a full refund. All recorded or Special delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery your item be be taken to your local collection depot and you will be carded by Royal Mail, for you to collect from your nearest depot.

Very urgent items can be dispatched using a NEXT DAY service (royal mail SPECIAL DELIVERY) only on request from you (the customer), there is an additional cost for this service contact us for more details info@volksignia.co.uk

VOLKSIGNIA RETURNS POLICY

Custom Designed Signs & Graphics

We will only give a refund for custom designed signage when 1. We have made an error with your details that is ours and only our fault. 2. For lost signage or graphics (items lost in transit) 3. Items damaged in transit (these items will only be refunded when we have proof the item was damaged in transit, these items will need to be returned to us before we can issue any kind of refund). 4. Or in the unlikely event of faulty workmanship.

We can not give any refund for stickers and or decals that have been poorly applied by the customer, or for artwork errors which are the customers fault (failure to check details when approving a design for production) all graphics and decals are checked for defects before dispatch and once they have left our premises we will only refund if, lost or damaged in transit. We will not give any kind or refund for graphics which have been applied or removed from their backing sheet.

You must inform us before attempting to return any items, all items must be returned in UNUSED condition and returned in original packing, all returns must be received within 14 days of original delivery, we will offer a FULL refund for returned items (inc. original postage charge) BUT we cannot offer any refund for any return postage back to us. All items being sent back to us must have a certificate of posting as proof you have returned an item to us. We will refund you ONLY when we have received your returned item.

Items without a custom design

We will give a refund for any items that are sold blank or plain or do not have any custom made graphics applied to them, these items must be returned to us before receiving any kind of refund. We will only give a refund if the item you purchased does not fit or meet with the requirements that it was intend to meet. refunds must be returned with 14 days of receipt and sent back in original packing. Please obtain a Post Office PROOF of posting certificate when returning an item to us. Before you can return any items you MUST email us info@volksignia.co.uk with your reasons for requesting a REFUND. We WILL NOT refund an item if we feel it has been used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds will include any original postage you may have paid but we not refund any additional postage you have paid to return an item to us. 

VOLKSIGNIA DISCLAIMER

We can not except any resposibilty for loss or damage to your graphics, signs or any of our products once they are in your possession. We can not accept any resposibility for any damage to persons, you or your property when using any of our products. All graphics, stickers and decals are applied to your property at your own risk and we can not accept any responsiblity any damage these items may cause to persons, you or your property. All magnetic signs once they leave our premises and are in your possession are applied to your vehicle at your own risk, ALL magnetic signs are rated to the national speed limit (70 mph) & as such are not suitable for vehicles going over the national limit, loss or damage caused to your signs, persons, you or property is not the responsiblity of VOLKSIGNIA & in such case is the sole responsibility of the user. By applying graphics or any signage to your property, you do so at your own risk.
