SECTION ONE - Navigating our Website

MAIN MENU

We have kept our left hand, main menu as simple as possible, to visit each page, just click the item you want to visit. To visit our on-line store click on the On-line store option, to send us an email or to find our other contact details, click on Contact us, it really is as simple as that.

VOLKSIGNIA ON-LINE STORE



To enter our On-line store, click the on-line store option in the main left hand menu, you will also see on-line store buttons on some of the pages on the website, you can also use those to enter the store. Scroll down the page to see our available products in our store. You do not need to make a purchase to view all our on-line sign products, you are under no obligation to make a purchase, when browsing in our store.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

To learn more about a product click on the blue INFO text, this will take you to a page which explains a little more about the product and the options available to you, when you have finshed reading about the product, please use your browsers back button to return to the store front page & to continue browsing.

BROWSING & BUYING

 

To view the product and the available options (including prices), click on the BROWSE & BUY text, this will take you to the items shopping cart page, where you can view pictures of the items and also see all the available options, you are not under any obligation to purchase when you enter the shopping cart page. To return to the store front page & to exit the product's shopping cart page, use your browsers back button at anytime.

SECTION TWO - Buying from our Website

BUYING FROM volksignia.co.uk




When you have choosen a product you wish to purchase from the website, use the quantity drop down box to choose the amount you require, click on the number (from 1 - 10).




If the item is available in different options, click on the options drop down box and select the option you require by clicking on it.



Once you have selected the option(s) you require the price will be displayed for the item, the prices shown are the unit price (price for one), if buying more than one item the price will be added up when you checkout.



Once you have choosen the quantity and options and are hapy you have the correct product, you can then add the item to your shopping basket, by clicking the ADD TO BASKET button. You will then be sent to the checkout where you can either continue shopping by returning to the store, or if you have finished shopping you can then pay for your purchase(s). If you have added the wrong item to your basket you can remove it at anytime. 

POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES



When you add an item to your shopping cart, postage & packing is calculated as you shop, all postage & packing is based on the amount you spend, you can see exactly how much you are spending, there are no nasty suprises when you check out and no additional charges to pay.

SECTION THREE - Paying for your goods

CHECKING OUT (PAYING)



When you are ready to checkout and pay for your items, click on the proceed to checkout button in your shopping cart, where you will be directed to a secure payment system to pay for your items using your credit or debit card, or your PAYPAL account.

SECTION FOUR - Paying for your goods using an existing PAYPAL account.

CHECKING OUT USING AN EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you have an existing paypal account you will be asked to pay using it, rather than your credit card, just logo into your account as directed, using your paypal email address and your account password. You can use a credit or debit card instead as long as it is not linked to your existing paypal account. Remember if you have not got a paypal acount just follow the instructions listed below to pay with your credit or debit card.

SECTION FIVE- Paying for your goods using a debit or credit card.

CHECKING OUT USING A CREDIT or DEBIT CARD



 If you do not have a PAYPAL account you can pay using your credit or debit card, just fill out the form on the left hand side of the screen, entering your required details, THERE IS NO NEED TO LOG INTO PAYPAL to pay using your credit /debit card.

 

Once you have entered all your details, just click the REVIEW YOUR ORDER & CONTINUE orange button to complete the transaction - ALL carried out securely (look for the padlock icon in the bottom corner of the page).

REMEMBER YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM US - YOU CAN PAY USING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

 Volksignia are PAYPAL verified and your order is protected under paypals buyer protection policy.

SECTION SIX -  Sending your Artwork / Design details.

SENDING YOUR DETAILS USING THE ARTWORK/DESIGN EMAIL FORM

Once you have paid, you will need to email us the details you require for your sign or graphics (unless the item is a stock item which does not require a design). You can email your details using our email artwork form. Please fill in the form carefully choosing colours, fonts and any other options. You can choose the colours and fonts by clicking on the appropriate button on our HOME PAGE. Or you can click the buttons below to see colours and fonts. Please also take the time to read our artwork page, which give tips on what designs/artwork we can offer on our signs and graphics.

SECTION SEVEN -  Additional notes on artwork & Free Design Service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON ARTWORK AND DESIGN SERVICE.

ITEMS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE ARTWORK or A DESIGN. 

Some items on our site do not require a design these items are stock graphics or blank items.

• Choose the item you require from our On-Line store front page.
• For more detailed information on the product, click the INFO text (if applicable). Use your browser's back button to return to the store front.
• To purchase click the BUY NOW text option (if applicable) and you will be directed to that item's page, once you have choosen your goods, add to your shopping basket, you will then be directed to either proceed to the checkout or continue shopping, if you have finished shopping you can now CHECK OUT using the secure card payment server, or if you wish to continue shopping click CONTINUE SHOPPING to return to the store. All prices will be shown including the POSTAL COSTS as you shop.
• Once at the checkout you will be able to pay for your goods using most major credit or debit cards, payment is made using a SECURE server (look for the padlock in the corner of the page)
• One we have received your payment, your items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
• We will notify you  by e-mail once we have received your order and cleared payment & again when your goods have been dispatched.

Most of our products are designed to order, such as magnetic signs, banners, a-boards etc. Volksignia offer a free design service on all our items bought from our website.

When ordering a sign or graphic that requires a design,  you will need to choose colours for your sign design & fonts (text styles) for your signs, it also also recommended you visit our artwork/design page for more information on our high quality FREE design service, if you require any additional help please email us at info@volksignia.co.uk we will respond to all questions/enquiries within 24 hours.

PURCHASING ITEMS (SIGNS & GRAPHICS) THAT DO REQUIRE A DESIGN or ARTWORK.

• On completion of your transaction, you will need to email us with the details you require for your signs or graphics, DO NOT worry this is very simple to do.
• ARTWORK DESIGN SERVICE - All artwork for signs and graphics (requiring a design) purchased from our On-Line store is FREE of charge, based on Text and simple logos, please visit our ARTWORK & DESIGN PAGE by clicking the appropriate icon ABOVE  these instructions for more details.
• COLOURS -  choose a colour or colours for your signs and graphics (if applicable), please visit our COLOURS SWATCH PAGE by clicking the COLOURS & FONTS icon at the TOP of these instructions and pick the colour(s) you require from our swatch.
• TEXTS - If you require a specific text (font - lettering style), you can either choose one from our SMALL sample selection (on the same page as the colour swatches), or you can leave the font choice up to us, we can also match an existing font you may have (99% of the time).
• E-MAIL US - Once you have decided on fonts and colours, email the following details to us: Item purchased, Size required (if applicable), Quantity ordered (if applicable), Colour(s) required for the design, Specific fonts (lettering styles required - if applicable) & the details you require to go onto your signs or graphics, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR DETAILS ARE CORRECT.
• Once we have ALL your details, you can leave the rest to us. We will then forward (within 24 hours of receiving ALL your details)  artwork to your email in-box, in the form of a high res. JPEG or GIF image, for you to either APPROVE for production or make any AMMENDMENTS you may require.
• We will only begin manufacture once you are 100% satisfied with the design. All Signs & Graphics are usually maufactured & dispatched within 5 - 7* working days of your final approval.

 I ALREADY HAVE A DESIGN - CAN YOU USE IT?

We can 99% of the time use artwork, that you may already have, if we can not use your artwork we can usually re-create your design using our powerful design software.

We can except the following artwork files ( P.C. based files Only - we do not work from MAC files):

AI, EPS (illustrator 9 and below), CDR (corel draw 11 and below), JPEG & BITMAP image files, we can also work from MOST microsoft applications such as word, notepad, powerpoint etc. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT USE .pub files (microsoft pulisher)

 * Production time of 5 - 7 working days is subject to change & is dependent on current work load.
