How to use our FREE artwork service

After purchasing a graphic or signage product from VOLKSIGNIA that requires a FREE* design, e-mail the VOLKSIGNIA design team at info@volksignia.co.uk with the following details:

• Product purchased & Quantity purchased.
• Size required (if applicable-for window graphics we will need your window size).
• Colour or Colours for text and Logos (pick these from our Colour Swatches / Fonts page).
• Specific fonts or lettering styles required (if applicable - pick from the Colour Swatches / Fonts page).
• ALL the details you require on your signs - YOU DO NOT need to send artwork if you do not have it, just e-mail the details you require and we will do the rest for you for FREE*.
• Once we have ALL your details & instructions we will e-mail a design to you within 24 HOURS of your purchase and design instructions, for you to either approve or make ammendments (changes). We will only manufacture you signs or graphics when you are fully satisfied with the final design.

IF you already have a LOGO or DESIGN in the form of a computer file, we can 99% of the time use your exsisting files we accept the following file formats for your artwork: AI (adobe illustrator version 6) EPS (adobe illustrator version 6), Corel Draw files (version 11 or below), JPEG (image files), BITMAP (image files) & Most Windows Word Documents. We can even work from a digital photograph of an exsisting sign, van or graphic, or you can fax us your exsisting design!. 

Not sure what you want? - Don't Worry!

 If you are not sure how you want you signs to look, not sure on colours or fonts, DO NOT WORRY, just forward the basic details you require your signs to say & let VOLKSIGNIA do the rest, with over 17 years design experience, our design team can create a great looking sign or graphic from scratch & remember ALL artwork is FREE* based on text and simple logo design.

Within 24 hours of your purchase & your received details the finished artwork will be e-mailed to your in-box in the form of an easy to view, high resolution JPEG image & Volksignia Professional Artwork Template, all you have to do is check it over, make sure it is to your requirements and then email us back with your approval, REMEMBER if it is NOT to your requirements you can make as MANY CHANGES (within reason) to the artwork as you want, we will ONLY manufacture your signage when you are 100% FULLY SATISFIED with the final design.

If you require your NEW logo or design for other projects such as for FLYERS, ADVERTS, STATIONERY etc, we can also supply your NEW LOGO or DESIGN on a P.C.
